Abroad Foundation Academy (“AFA”, “we”, “us”) publishes this site as a catalogue of its courses. By using it, you agree to what follows.

This website does not sell you anything
You cannot buy a course here. This site shows you what AFA teaches, what each course covers, what it costs where the price is confirmed, and how the free trial works.
Courses are delivered on AFA's learning portal, which is a separate system with its own account, its own sign-up and its own terms. Signing up there, taking the trial and buying a package are governed by that portal's terms, not by this page.
The free trial
The trial gives you five days of limited access after you register on the learning portal and verify your email address. You can select up to five courses and look at lessons, the portal itself, and the mock-test area where it is available.
Trial access is deliberately partial — some material stays locked, and for example only one mock test may be open to you. It exists so you can see the course before paying, not so you can complete it for free.
Prices
Prices on this website are shown in Indian Rupees and are the prices AFA has confirmed at the time of publication.
Where a course shows “Price on request”, that is exactly what it means: the figure is not final, and we would rather say so than publish a number that might change. Ask a counsellor for the current price.
Prices can change. The price that applies to you is the one shown on the learning portal at the moment you pay. If a price is displayed here in error, that error does not oblige us to honour it — we will tell you the correct price before you pay anything.
Payment, refunds and cancellation
Payment happens on the learning portal, not here.
Once a package is paid for, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. This is why the five-day trial comes first. Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy in full, and check the course name, format, price, duration and validity before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask a counsellor first — that is what they are there for.
Using this website properly
Use the site for what it is for. Do not try to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it wholesale, or use its forms to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful.
We may block access from an address that is doing any of that.
The enquiry forms
Send us your own details, and send them accurately — a counsellor will reply to the number and email address you give us. Do not submit someone else's details without their knowledge.
What happens to what you submit is described in the Privacy Policy.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, course descriptions, syllabi and logo on this website belong to AFA or are used by AFA with permission.
You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own reference, and share a link to it. You may not copy its content to publish elsewhere, rebrand it, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Course material inside the learning portal is licensed to you personally for your own study. Sharing your account or redistributing course material is not permitted.
What we can and cannot promise
We take care that this website is accurate, and we correct it when it is not. Even so, course details, schedules and prices change, and pages can be out of date between updates. Confirm anything you are relying on with a counsellor before you pay.
No coaching can guarantee an exam score, an admission or a visa. We do not promise one. What AFA provides is teaching, structured material and practice; the result depends on the exam board, the institution, the authority concerned and on your own work.
Exam formats and requirements are set by the organisations that own those exams, not by AFA. Always check the current official requirements of the exam board and of the institution or authority you are applying to.
We do not offer visa or immigration consultancy, and nothing on this website should be read as legal or immigration advice.
Availability
We try to keep this website up, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. It may go offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Links to other websites
Where we link out, that website is not ours and we are not responsible for its content.
Suspension
We may withdraw access to this website from anyone misusing it, as described above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
