The short version
This website is a catalogue. You can read about courses, see prices and send us an enquiry. That is all it does.
We ask for your details in one place only, the enquiry and callback forms, and we use them for one purpose: so a counsellor can get back to you about a course. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone who is not helping us reply to you.
Everything below is the same promise, written out properly.

1. Who we are
Abroad Foundation Academy ("AFA", "we", "us") operates this website at abroadfoundationacademy.com and the separate learning portal where courses are delivered.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only.
AFA's courses are delivered on a separate learning portal, which has its own sign-up, its own email verification and its own account. Creating an account there, taking the five-day trial or buying a package is governed by that portal's own terms and privacy notice, not by this page. This website takes no payments.
3. What we collect
What you give us
When you submit an enquiry, callback or trial-link form, we collect what you type into it:

Not every form asks for all of these. The form in front of you shows exactly what it wants.
What we record alongside it
- The page you submitted from, so a counsellor knows what you were reading when you got in touch.
- Your internet address, briefly. To stop automated abuse, our server counts how many submissions have come from an address in the last few minutes. That count expires by itself, is not attached to your enquiry, and is not used to identify you.
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for, and does not collect, payment card details, identity documents, passport information or exam scores. There is no advertising pixel and no remarketing tag on any page.
Where visit measurement is switched on, it is described in the Cookie Policy, which also carries the switch to turn it off for your browser.
4. Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use your details for one thing: to reply to you about a course, a format, a price or the free trial, and to follow up on that conversation.
We collect them because you chose to send them by filling in a form. That is the basis on which we hold them, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your enquiry.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
5. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in this website's database and sent to our support inbox. A small number of service providers necessarily handle it on the way, and only for that purpose:

Cloudflare's check is a third-party component loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com on pages with a form. It does not set a cookie on your device, and it does not track you across other websites.
Beyond these, we share your details with no one, except where the law requires it of us.
6. Where it goes
Google and Cloudflare are international companies and may process this information on servers outside India. We use them because they are the practical way to run a spreadsheet and to keep spam out of a public form, and we share only what section 5 describes.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so a counsellor picking up a conversation months later knows what was already discussed. After that we delete them.
If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, at any time.
- Stop contacting you, which we will do immediately.
Write to support@abroadfoundationacademy.com. We will respond during support hours and we will never charge you for asking.
9. If you are unhappy
If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first. Write to support@abroadfoundationacademy.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and we will look into it and reply.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you are entitled to take the matter to the relevant data protection authority in India.
10. Children
This website is aimed at people preparing for university admission, professional migration and language certification. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before sending us your details.
11. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the admin area is restricted to AFA staff accounts, and the software is kept up to date.
No system is perfectly secure, so we will not claim ours is. What we can say is that this site does not ask you for sensitive information in the first place, which is the most effective protection there is. If something does go wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you.
12. Cookies
This website sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. The Cookie Policy explains exactly what that means and what the learning portal does separately.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so rather than leaving you to spot it.
