Take the 5-day free trial first. Open the available lessons, explore the learning portal, try the available mock-test access and check the course format before you spend anything.
Once you buy a paid package, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. The trial exists so you can inspect what you are buying before payment.
The policy
AFA does not provide refunds or cancellations once a course package has been paid for.
This applies to the paid package after purchase. Before paying, check the exact course name, format, price, duration, validity and included study material. If any of those details are unclear, Talk to a counsellor during support hours, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, before completing payment.
Why the trial comes first
The five-day free trial gives you limited access to the learning portal before payment. You can select up to five courses and inspect lessons, online classes where relevant, mock tests and the course interface.
Trial access is not full course access. Some material remains locked; for example, only one mock test may be available. The purpose is to let you see the course experience before you commit to a paid package.
Before completing payment
Check:
- the exact course name shown in the learning portal;
- whether the course is live instructor-led or Self Prep;
- the package price;
- package duration and validity;
- digital study material included;
- whether printed books or course-specific material are included;
- anything else you need clarified before purchase.
Once payment is made, the package cannot be refunded or cancelled.

If you have a question about the course or package, ask before paying. AFA support hours are 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST.
This policy should be displayed prominently from every price section so a learner can read it before purchase.
